Lotus Mudra or Padma Mudra is a beautiful and symbolic hand gesture (mudra) that resembles a blooming lotus flower. In Sanskrit “padma” means “lotus” and “mudra” means “seal” or “gesture.” This sacred hand position represents purity openness and spiritual awakening.
